Harris Helps 4.1.0

A mobile service request platform has been developed to allow citizens and employees of Harris County to efficiently submit requests for non-emergency services. These services include addressing issues such as graffiti, mowing, street signs, debris removal, street repairs, dead animals, ditches, and potholes. Once a service request is submitted, it is then directed to the appropriate precinct to address the reported issue.
