<p>A mobile service request platform has been developed to allow citizens and employees of Harris County to efficiently submit requests for non-emergency services. These services include addressing issues such as graffiti, mowing, street signs, debris removal, street repairs, dead animals, ditches, and potholes. Once a service request is submitted, it is then directed to the appropriate precinct to address the reported issue.</p>
<p>Key Features of the Application:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Saves user profile details for easy application reuse</li>
  <li>Ability to capture a new photo or use an existing one to attach to the service request</li>
  <li>Automatically routes requests to the correct Harris County precinct</li>
  <li>Utilizes GPS for accurate address location awareness</li>
  <li>Determines if the requested location falls outside Harris County</li>
  <li>Allows users to input a description of the service request</li>
  <li>Stores submitted Service Requests on the user's phone</li>
  <li>Email notifications are sent to citizens with a unique request ID for future reference</li>
